Thanks for shopping with Down/Up Design! Everything we sell is printed just for you after you order, so here's what to expect.
Shipping
It takes us about 2–5 business days to make your order. Once it ships, delivery usually takes:
- US: 3–4 business days
- Canada 5–20 business days
You'll see shipping costs (and express options, where available) at checkout, and we'll email you tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Things can slow down around the holidays, so order early if it's a gift.
Shipping outside the US? Your country may charge customs fees or import taxes. Those are out of our hands and aren't included in your order total.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart before you buy.
But if your order shows up misprinted, damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You usually won't need to send anything back.
Good to know
- Changes or cancellations: Message us within 12 hours of ordering. Once printing starts, we can't change the order.
- Address check: If a package comes back because of a wrong address, we'll happily resend it, but the extra shipping is on you.
- Lost package: Let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll track it down.
