Orders and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. You pay the price shown when you place your order.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or something looks like fraud. If that happens, you'll get a full refund.
- Shipping, returns and refunds follow our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Our products
Every item is printed to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary, so the real thing may look slightly different. Sizes and placement can also vary a little from item to item, so please check the size chart before you buy.
Our designs
All designs, images, logos and text on this site belong to Down/Up Design. You're welcome to enjoy and share them, but please don't copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't give you the rights to the design on it.
Using the site
Please use our site for lawful purposes only. Don't try to hack, disrupt or misuse it, or use it to send spam. We may block access for anyone who does.
The legal bits
Our site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Down/Up Design isn't liable for indirect or unexpected damages from using our site or products. If something goes wrong with an order, the most we'll owe you is what you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
